A guest scans the table QR and taps Get PIN. The assigned waiter brings a four-digit PIN; after entering it, the guest browses the menu, chooses items and adds notes. The waiter confirms the order at the table before the kitchen sees it.
The kitchen updates the ticket as it prepares the order. Guests can request a waiter or ask for the bill, and managers can check table activity and a basic sales summary.
