These terms explain the basic responsibilities for restaurants using TabloSync for QR ordering, kitchen display, billing, analytics, and customer communication.

Contracting entity and brand

TabloSync is a product of Ashva Cognitive Systems LLP. The service may be branded as TabloSync, while invoices, contracts, payment records, business verification, and official notices may identify Ashva Cognitive Systems LLP as the legal entity.

Use of TabloSync

TabloSync provides restaurant software for QR ordering, kitchen display, billing, analytics, customer engagement, and related operating tools. Restaurants must use the service only for lawful business purposes.

Restaurant responsibilities

Restaurants are responsible for menu accuracy, prices, tax settings, customer communication permissions, staff access, receipt details, and compliance with local food, billing, tax, privacy, and advertising rules.

Guest communication

Features such as OTP, bill links, review links, and campaigns must be used with valid customer consent and in line with messaging platform rules. TabloSync may limit access if misuse is detected.

Subscriptions and access

Plan access may depend on subscription status. Some features, including billing, analytics, AI recommendations, campaign tools, and advanced workflow controls, may be limited to higher plans.

Availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but browser software, hosting, messaging providers, payment providers, and network conditions can affect availability. Restaurants should keep an alternate service process for emergencies.

Changes

TabloSync may update product features, pricing, policies, or these terms as the service improves. Continued use of the service after updates means the restaurant accepts the updated terms.
