Service operator

TabloSync is a product of Ashva Cognitive Systems LLP. References to TabloSync in this policy mean the TabloSync software service provided by Ashva Cognitive Systems LLP.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details submitted through the website, restaurant setup details, customer phone numbers used for OTP or ordering, table and order information, menu data, receipt information, and technical usage data needed to run and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide QR ordering, kitchen display, billing, receipt delivery, support, onboarding, analytics, product improvement, fraud prevention, and restaurant communication features requested by the restaurant.

Service providers

TabloSync may use trusted providers for hosting, database storage, messaging, analytics, payment links, AI features, and email or WhatsApp communication. These providers process data only as needed for the service.

Restaurant and guest data (DPDP Act)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023, the Restaurant acts as the Data Fiduciary and TabloSync acts as the Data Processor. Restaurant operators are responsible for using guest contact details lawfully. TabloSync processes guest data solely to fulfill the services requested by the Data Fiduciary.

Data retention and your rights

Operational records are retained as long as needed for service, support, legal, accounting, and security purposes. Customers (Data Principals) have the right to access, correct, or request the erasure of their personal data, as well as withdraw consent for marketing. To exercise these rights, customers may contact the restaurant directly, or email us at support@tablosync.com.
